I’m a Design Director with a background in UI/UX and a strong focus on technology, systems thinking, and process automation. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with cross-functional teams to improve how digital products and content are designed, built, and scaled - from early-stage prototypes to production-ready systems.
My work spans eCommerce, B2B tools, and platforms for global brands like NIVEA, Alcon and others. I focus on solving real operational problems - reducing complexity, aligning teams, and delivering solutions that are not just well-designed, but efficient and maintainable.
Whether it’s running product workshops, setting up reusable design templates, or introducing automation into design workflows, I care about making design useful, consistent, and connected to the bigger picture.

Participated in a UX workshop focused on building internal capacity and increasing customer value through Design Thinking. The workshop covered UX fundamentals, skill development, and practical application of a design framework. Upon completion, earned certification and gained tools to integrate UX strategies into product and service development processes.
Completed a UX workshop focused on stakeholder engagement and aligning UX strategy. Gained skills in planning, coordinating, and implementing UX activities across project phases, from vision to implementation. Learned to select appropriate user research methods, manage interviews and usability tests, and optimize UX processes for Agile development cycles.
Participated in a workshop focused on delivering products and services through a more integrated business strategy with a customer-centric approach. Learned to assess organizational design maturity and customer centricity while supporting change. Developed skills in defining relevant UX/CX metrics and anticipating outcomes. Gained insights from proven practices shared by experienced participants.
Completed an 8-week, part-time, live cohort-based Bootcamp focused on building confidence in scaling Design Systems using Figma. Gained hands-on experience and practical skills for effectively managing design systems in a collaborative environment.
Completed a workshop on the six phases of Design Sprints, including a comparison with Design Thinking. Learned when and why to run a Design Sprint, along with practical guidance on planning and organizing effective sprints.
